Limited warranty policy
Our jewelry is sturdy and designed to last. If any damage occurs due to normal wear, we will repair the item for free. If any parts, accessories, or materials are missing from your item when we receive it, we will replace the missing parts if they are available, or a like product will be used.
This warranty does not cover any items damaged through irresponsible wear, or from forces of nature outside of our control. Discoloration, fading, or scratching of colors is also not covered by this warranty. If you wish to have an item repaired under these circumstances, please see below.
Repair policy
Items that are damaged through irresponsible wear, forces of nature outside of our control, or through discoloration, fading, or scratching of colors can be repaired for a fee. If you wish to have an item repaired, we will first need to assess the damage and provide a repair quote. You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs. This policy does not refer to items that are damaged through normal wear, as these are covered through our limited warranty.
